What is the Good
Business Fund?
Every year, we give back by investing our time and expertise into the causes that matter most. We commit a minimum of 5% of our billable hours to support environmental and social projects through pro bono work, helping good ideas grow and important work go further.
The Good Business Fund isn’t a handout; it’s a helping hand - a way for us to stand alongside charities and social enterprises making a real difference.

We’re just two small businesses with a shared passion for helping charities amplify their impact. We read every single submission (last year there were more than 250!), but we don’t rely on a strict judging criteria. Instead, we create a shortlist of up to five organisations and take the time to get to know YOU.
What matters most to us is synergy - that sense of connection and shared purpose. We want to work with people we’ll enjoy collaborating with, and we hope the feeling’s mutual. There’s no score sheet, just genuine conversation.
What’s the impact?
Since the Good Business Fund began, we’ve donated more than £45,000 worth of professional time and expertise to organisations that might otherwise struggle to access high‑level marketing and brand support.
Together, Just Enough Brave and Altitude Design work alongside charities and social enterprises to create tools that genuinely help them grow - from brand and digital development to marketing strategy and communications planning. These are the building blocks that help organisations raise their visibility, attract supporters, and make an even bigger impact in their communities.
The Good Business Fund shows what can happen when creativity and expertise are used for social good. By investing our time and skills each year, we’re helping to build stronger charities, stronger communities, and more opportunities for people across the UK.
